How many of you enjoy being sick? That's a stupid question, isn't it?

Nobody enjoys being sick, everyone wants to be healthy. But do they want health enough to do something about it? I want to share with you today some things you can do to live a healthier life.

Does God care what we eat?

We don't live under the Old Covenant, and we have no dietary restrictions, but does that mean that we should eat whatever we want? Should the fact that our body is God's temple cause us to be careful of what we put into it?

There is no prohibition in the Bible about ingesting paint thinner, but I don't think any of you would do it, because you know that it will destroy your body/God's temple. Are the things that we eat today destroying our bodies?
